SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS:

By default, all items are shipped standard delivery via USPS or UPS.  Expedited shipping methods can also be chosen during checkout for additional postage fees.  Occasionally, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
 
Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days for destinations within the United States. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

FREE SHIPPING:

Periodically, we may offer free, standard shipping on items throughout the store.  Those items are marked clearly as "Free Shipping."  Expedited shipping is available on these items, but will include additional postage fees.

CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES:

Iprepped.com is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Import fees are the sole responsibility of iprepped.com customers.

PROCESSING TIMES:

Typically, all orders placed before 5 pm CST will be processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of receiving a valid, paid order. Heavy order volume and holidays can cause processing delays of up to 5 business days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. After you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portals to update.

 

HAZARD 4 CLASSIFICATION (ORM-D):

As of January 1, 2021, the ORM-D (Other Regulated Materials) classification became known as Hazard 4.

 

Matches (or anything that contains matches) are classified as a class 4 hazard and are prohibited from being shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). For additional information regarding restricted items, please refer to https://www.usps.com/ship/shipping-restrictions.htm.

 

Any item that falls under the class 4 hazard can only be shipped via UPS Ground to the lower 48 contiguous United States. These items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, internationally, post office boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.
