ORDERS:
 
What are the accepted payment methods?
  • Currently, iprepped.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Discover.
 
Why am I required to create an account if I want to order something?
  • We ask all of iprepped.com customers to become members before placing an order for their own convenience. By creating an account, you will be able to view order history, save payment information, and set default shipping addresses.
 
Do Discount Codes Expire?
  • Yes. Iprepped.com discount codes are only valid for a specific period of time.
 
Why Isn't My Discount Code Working?
  • Please re-enter your code to double check it was entered correctly. If your discount code isn’t working, it’s most likely expired.
 
Can I combine discount codes?
  • Each discount code is different and are exclusive of each other. If you have two codes, enter the code for the higher discount. For example, if you have a 5% code and a 10% code, be sure to enter the code for the 10% discount in order to receive the higher discount.​
 
Can you make changes to my order once it is placed?
  • Iprepped.com cannot make changes to an order once it is placed. 
 
Can you add a coupon code to my order after it has been placed?
  • No. Once an order is placed, we cannot add a coupon code to the order.
 
How Can I Check My Order's Status?
  • Log in to your account and click on "Orders."  Your order history will display along with the order status. 
 
How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?
  • Typically, all orders placed before 5 pm CST will be processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of receiving a valid, paid order. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an approximate arrival date.
 
  • Please be aware that during the holidays, iprepped.com may experience higher than normal order volume, which may add additional processing time.
 
How can I track my orders' fulfillment status?
  • You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account and selecting "Orders".

What Does "Processing" Mean on My Order Status Page?
  • If your order is "processing," that means we have successfully received your order and it has either been added to the queue for shipping or is currently being picked.

Do you issue refunds? 
  • Yes.  We have a 30-day return policy. You can review Iprepped.com's return policy here
  • If you have a return, you can initiate a return request by completing this form, or email us anytime at returns@iprepped.com.

Do you have a restocking fee?
  • Yes. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fees will be waived if a customer receives the incorrect product.
 
Who pays for shipping on returned items? 
  • Unless you receive an incorrect item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
 
What Items Are Not Eligible for a Return?
  • Some items we sell are final sales. These items include but are not limited to: body armor of any type; face masks and face coverings; undergarments and all next-to-skin items; first aid kits; first aid supplies; water filters, water purifiers, and water treatment. We try to include it in the product description if a product is nonreturnable. Occasionally, we may miss an item. Therefore, we reserve the right to make any sale nonreturnable within reason.

SHIPPING:
 
Where do you ship orders? 
  • We ship to the United States, Canada, and APOs. We do not ship to international locations at this time.
 
Which shipping methods do you use? 
  • By default, all items are shipped standard delivery via USPS or UPS and can only ship to legitimate street addresses. You cannot use a P.O. Box as a delivery address. Any order with a P.O. Box as a delivery address will be cancelled and funds returned.
 
Are there any exceptions to the free shipping promo?
  • Yes. For addresses in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO zones, free delivery is not available.
 
Will I be notified about my order shipping?
  • Yes. You will receive an automated email with information about your order shipment, including a tracking number and estimated delivery times. You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account and selecting "Orders."
 
Are there any days you don't ship packages?
  • Iprepped.com currently does not ship packages on Sunday or major holidays.

How do I locate my tracking number?
  • Either by double checking the automated email sent to the address in your account or by logging into your account on the www.iprepped.com website and selecting "Orders."

FREEZE-DRIED FOODS:

Where should I store my ReadyWise Food?
  • This depends upon where you live. ReadyWise products are made of both freeze-dried and dehydrated components and are affected by temperature, moisture, oxygen and light. Optimal storage conditions for our foods are in cool, dry places.

How much water will I need?
  • On average, each individual serving requires 1 cup of water.

Do I have to use boiling water?
  • Hot water speeds up the process of reconstitution. ReadyWise foods will be ready to eat more quickly when hot water is used. However, many of the foods can be re-hydrated and ready to eat with any temperature of water
 

How long do the meals last in storage?

  • Studies have proven that freeze-dried and dehydrated foods will last up to 25 years or even longer. For optimal storage life it is suggested that food be stored in a cool, dry place, such as a basement, with room temperatures of 50 to 55 degrees.

Why use both freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients?

  • ReadyWise uses a combination of technologies to achieve the best taste and quality. Certain ingredients set-up and taste better when freeze-dried (vegetables, fruits, meats) while others do better through dehydration. In these cases, dehydrated ingredients offer all the benefits and better value than foods that have been freeze-dried.

Freeze-Dried and Dehydration Advantages:

  • Food maintains its original flavor, shape, color, and texture

  • Food better retains its nutritional value

  • Food is condensed, taking up less space

  • With all of its water extracted, food is extremely lightweight

  • When water is added, the food completely reconstitutes itself

How do I create an account
  • Click the "log in" button on our website, www.iprepped.com. Then, click the "sign up" option on the log-in window. Enter your information.
 
How do I add or edit an address in my account
  • On our website, www.iprepped.com, log in and select "My Addresses." To add a new address, click the "Add New Address" button. Any address can also be modified, eliminated, or set as your default address. To edit an address, click the edit link.
 
How do you handle my stored payment information?
  • If you have saved your payment information in your account, please note that this information is hosted by our payment processing partner and is encrypted and secured on their server. Employees of I Prepped, LLC do not have visibility or access to any saved financial information you may have provided.
 
How do I delete my account?
  • You can request to have your account deleted from our database at anytime by contacting us by email, phone, or mail. Our contact information can be found here.
 
How do I see all the orders I have placed in the past?
  • Log in to your account and click on "Orders." Your order history will be displayed along with the order status.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
  • To remove your name from our email list, scroll down to the very bottom of any of our emails in your inbox and click the "If you feel you received it by mistake or wish to unsubscribe, please "click here" link. To confirm you wish to unsubscribe, click the "Unsubscribe" button that appears in a new tab.

How do I change my cookie preferences?
  • Clicking the cookie preference icon in lower, left corner on our website (www.iprepped.com) will open a new window with advanced cookie options. Any modifications you make should be saved.

How do I upload a file?
  • Select the proper "Upload +" button based on the type of file (a picture or a document). Navigate to the directory on your computer where the file you want to upload is stored. Click on the file name, and then click open. Below the Upload + button is a list with the name of the file you've selected. When you are ready to submit the completed form and the necessary document(s), click the "Submit" button.
